Zucchini boats

Ingredients

• 2 piece zucchini, halved and scooped
• 100 g minced meat
• 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp cheese

Steps

1. Mix meat, sauce and cheese. Fill zucchini boats.
2. Air fry at 180°C for 20–24 min.
3. Serve with salad.
