Veggie patties
Squeeze excess liquid from veg. Mix with egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Form patties.
Ingredients
- 2 cup mixed grated veg (carrot, zucchini, potato)
- 1 piece egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Squeeze excess liquid from veg. Mix with egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Form patties.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 14–16 min, flipping once.
- Serve in buns or with salad.
