- 1 piece Olive Oil
- 1 g Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 piece Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tsp Tomato Puree
- 500 g Turkey Mince
- 1 g Eggs
- 85 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 piece Barbeque Sauce
- 800 g Cannellini Beans
- 2 piece Parsley
Steps
- In a bowl mix turkey mince, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato purée, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs (about 2–3 cm).
- Arrange meatballs in air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Lightly spray with oil.
- Air fry at 200°C for 12–14 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temp 75°C). Serve with barbecue sauce or marinara and parsley.
