  1. In a bowl mix turkey mince, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato purée, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs (about 2–3 cm).
  2. Arrange meatballs in air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Lightly spray with oil.
  3. Air fry at 200°C for 12–14 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temp 75°C). Serve with barbecue sauce or marinara and parsley.
