Turkey breast
Rub turkey with oil, sage, garlic powder and salt.
Ingredients
- 500 g turkey breast, sliced or whole
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Rub turkey with oil, sage, garlic powder and salt.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 25–30 min until internal temp 74°C. Rest 5 min.
- Slice and serve.
