Tuna steak
Pat tuna steaks dry. Brush with oil and season with salt, pepper and a little garlic. Let sit 5 min.
Ingredients
- 450 g Potatoes
- 2 piece Olive Oil
- 4 piece Eggs
- 1 piece Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 piece Capers
- 50 g Sunflower Oil
- 1 piece Red Onions
- 100 g Spinach
- 400 g Tuna
Steps
- Pat tuna steaks dry. Brush with oil and season with salt, pepper and a little garlic. Let sit 5 min.
- Place tuna in air fryer basket. Air fry at 200°C for 6–8 minutes for medium-rare (or 8–10 min for well done), flipping halfway. Rest 2 min.
- Optional: air fry potato wedges at 200°C for 18–20 min alongside or before. Serve tuna with lemon, capers and greens or salad.
