  2. Cook at 200°C for 12–14 minutes until cooked through and slightly golden, stirring or shaking halfway.
  3. In a large pan heat oil, fry garlic and chilli 1 minute. Add cooked chicken and basil, toss 1 minute. Serve with rice.
