Thai basil chicken
Mix chicken with fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar; set aside 10 minutes. Place chicken in air fryer basket.
Ingredients
- 400 g chicken thigh, sliced
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 2 piece red chillies, sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps
- Mix chicken with fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar; set aside 10 minutes. Place chicken in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 200°C for 12–14 minutes until cooked through and slightly golden, stirring or shaking halfway.
- In a large pan heat oil, fry garlic and chilli 1 minute. Add cooked chicken and basil, toss 1 minute. Serve with rice.
