Sweet sour tofu
Coat tofu in cornflour. Air fry at 200°C for 14–16 min.
Ingredients
- 400 g tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 cup pineapple chunks
Steps
- Coat tofu in cornflour. Air fry at 200°C for 14–16 min.
- Heat ketchup, vinegar, sugar and pineapple; toss with tofu.
- Serve with rice.
