Stuffed zucchini
Mix filling: meat, sauce, breadcrumbs, herbs, salt. Fill zucchini boats.
Ingredients
- 2 piece zucchini, halved and scooped
- 100 g minced meat or veggie mince
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tsp Italian herbs
- 0.25 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix filling: meat, sauce, breadcrumbs, herbs, salt. Fill zucchini boats.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 18–22 min.
- Serve with salad.
