  1. Halve bell peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Precook rice if using raw rice; mix with cooked mince (or beans), tomato sauce, onion, garlic, herbs and seasoning.
  2. Fill each pepper half with the mixture. Drizzle with olive oil. Place in air fryer basket, cut side up.
  3. Air fry at 180°C for 18–22 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is hot. Serve with cheese or fresh herbs.
