Air Fryer Sticky BBQ Pork Riblets
Pat the pork riblets dry. Season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Ingredients
- 700 g pork riblets (cut into 1-2 bone pieces)
- 120 ml BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat the pork riblets dry. Season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- In a bowl, toss the riblets with apple cider vinegar. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush the riblets generously with BBQ sauce. Return to the air fryer and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until sticky and caramelized, flipping and brushing with more sauce halfway through.
