Spicy Sriracha Glazed Chicken Wings
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings, separated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 60 ml sriracha sauce
- 30 ml honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Steps
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- While wings cook, whisk together sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the glaze.
- Increase air fryer temperature to 200°C. Toss the cooked wings in the glaze, then return to the air fryer for another 3-5 minutes, until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
