Spicy Garlic Chicken Thighs
Pat chicken thighs dry. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil.
Ingredients
- 600 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.75 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat chicken thighs dry. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this spice mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 195°C.
- Place chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 74°C) and has a nice char.
