Spicy Cajun Cashews
In a medium bowl, combine raw cashews with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Toss until the cashews are evenly coated.

- 200 g Raw cashews
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 0.25 tsp Salt (adjust based on seasoning)
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine raw cashews with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Toss until the cashews are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated cashews in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 150°C for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes, until fragrant and lightly toasted. Cashews can burn quickly, so keep an eye on them.
- Remove from the air fryer and spread on a plate or baking sheet to cool completely. They will become crispier as they cool.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container.
