Spicy Cajun Air Fryer Shrimp Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Ingredients
- 300 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
- q.s. piece wooden skewers, soaked in water
Steps
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well coated.
- Thread the seasoned shrimp onto the skewers.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
