Spanakopita triangles
Mix spinach, feta, egg and dill. Layer phyllo; cut into triangles and fill.
Ingredients
- 8 sheet phyllo
- 200 g spinach, wilted
- 100 g feta
- 1 piece egg
- 0.25 tsp dill
Steps
- Mix spinach, feta, egg and dill. Layer phyllo; cut into triangles and fill.
- Brush with oil. Air fry at 180°C for 12–14 min.
- Serve with lemon.
