Soy ginger pork
Mix soy, honey, ginger and garlic. Coat pork; marinate 15 min.
Ingredients
- 400 g pork tenderloin or strips
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Steps
- Mix soy, honey, ginger and garlic. Coat pork; marinate 15 min.
- Air fry at 200°C for 14–18 min. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with rice and greens.
