Shrimp tempura
Mix flour, cornflour, water and salt into a thin batter. Dip shrimp.
Ingredients
- 400 g shrimp, peeled
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 0.5 cup sparkling water
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix flour, cornflour, water and salt into a thin batter. Dip shrimp.
- Arrange in air fryer. Spray with oil. Cook at 200°C for 6–8 min.
- Serve with soy and ginger dip.
