Scallops
Toss scallops with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 400 g sea scallops, patted dry
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
- Toss scallops with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place in air fryer basket in one layer. Air fry at 200°C for 6–8 minutes until golden and just cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
