Samosa
Place 1–2 tbsp potato filling on each wrapper. Fold into triangle and seal edges with water.
Ingredients
- 12 piece samosa wrappers or spring roll sheets
- 2 cup mashed potato mixed with peas, cumin, salt
- 1 tbsp oil for brushing
Steps
- Place 1–2 tbsp potato filling on each wrapper. Fold into triangle and seal edges with water.
- Brush with oil and place in air fryer. Cook at 190°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
- Serve with chutney.
