Rosemary potatoes
Toss potato chunks with oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Toss potato chunks with oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 20–25 min, shaking halfway, until golden and tender.
- Serve as side.
