Roasted tomatoes
Toss tomatoes with oil, garlic, oregano and salt.
Ingredients
- 400 g cherry tomatoes or tomato halves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, sliced
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.25 tsp salt
Steps
- Toss tomatoes with oil, garlic, oregano and salt.
- Spread in air fryer. Cook at 190°C for 12–15 min until softened and slightly charred.
- Use in pasta, bruschetta or as side.
