Roasted peppers
Toss peppers with oil and salt.
Ingredients
- 3 piece bell peppers, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Toss peppers with oil and salt.
- Air fry at 200°C for 15–18 min until charred. Peel if desired.
- Serve in salads or with bread.
