Rice balls
Form rice around cheese into balls. Dip in egg, then panko. Season with salt.
Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked sushi or short-grain rice
- 50 g mozzarella, cubed
- 1 piece egg
- 0.5 cup panko
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Form rice around cheese into balls. Dip in egg, then panko. Season with salt.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 min until golden.
- Serve with soy or marinara.
