Reuben egg rolls
Fill wrappers with beef, sauerkraut, cheese and dressing. Roll and seal.
Ingredients
- 8 piece egg roll wrappers
- 150 g corned beef
- 100 g sauerkraut
- 50 g Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp Russian dressing
Steps
- Fill wrappers with beef, sauerkraut, cheese and dressing. Roll and seal.
- Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 min.
- Serve with extra dressing.
