Ravioli crispy
Dip each ravioli in egg then in breadcrumbs. Shake off excess and place on a tray.
Ingredients
- 400 g cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 1 piece egg, beaten
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 portion marinara sauce to serve
Steps
- Dip each ravioli in egg then in breadcrumbs. Shake off excess and place on a tray.
- Arrange ravioli in air fryer basket in one layer (do not overlap). Drizzle with oil. Cook at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp, flipping halfway.
- Toss with Parmesan and serve immediately with marinara sauce.
