Quail
Rub quail with oil, rosemary and salt.
Ingredients
- 4 piece quail, spatchcocked or whole
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Rub quail with oil, rosemary and salt.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 14–18 min until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with salad.
