Potato gratin bites
Layer potato in muffin tin or small dish. Mix cream, cheese, nutmeg, salt; pour over.
Ingredients
- 3 piece potatoes, thinly sliced
- 100 g cream
- 50 g gruyère
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 0.25 tsp salt
Steps
- Layer potato in muffin tin or small dish. Mix cream, cheese, nutmeg, salt; pour over.
- Air fry at 180°C for 25–30 min until golden.
- Serve warm.
