In a large bowl, combine pork cubes with orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 3
Ingredients
- 700 g boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3-4 cm cubes
- 60 ml orange juice
- 30 ml lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine pork cubes with orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally 2 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the pork cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed. Reserve any remaining marinade.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes, until pork is tender. Add a splash of the reserved marinade if it looks dry.
- Increase air fryer temperature to 200°C (390°F). Cook for another 8-10 minutes, tossing halfway, until the pork is crispy and browned on the edges.
