Polenta fries
Toss polenta sticks with oil, Parmesan and salt.
Ingredients
- 250 g prepared polenta, chilled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Toss polenta sticks with oil, Parmesan and salt.
- Air fry at 200°C for 15–18 min, shaking halfway.
- Serve with marinara.
