Polenta balls
Shape polenta around cheese. Roll in flour then breadcrumbs.
Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked polenta, chilled
- 50 g mozzarella
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Steps
- Shape polenta around cheese. Roll in flour then breadcrumbs.
- Air fry at 200°C for 12–14 min.
- Serve with marinara.
