Toss beef with soy sauce, oil, pepper and garlic. Marinate 10 min.
Ingredients
- 400 g beef steak, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Steps
- Toss beef with soy sauce, oil, pepper and garlic. Marinate 10 min.
- Air fry at 200°C for 8–10 min, stirring once.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
