Parsnip fries
Toss parsnip sticks with oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Ingredients
- 4 piece parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp dried rosemary
Steps
- Toss parsnip sticks with oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Arrange in air fryer basket in one layer. Cook at 200°C for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and tender.
- Serve with ketchup or aioli.
