Parmesan potatoes
Toss potato wedges with oil, then with Parmesan, garlic powder and salt.
Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Toss potato wedges with oil, then with Parmesan, garlic powder and salt.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 22–26 min, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
