  2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with the Panko-Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and both sides of the cutlets with cooking spray.
