Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Pork Cutlets
Pat pork cutlets dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station: one shallow dish with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with Panko bread
Ingredients
- 600 g boneless pork cutlets (thinly sliced chops)
- 60 g all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 100 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat pork cutlets dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station: one shallow dish with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with Panko breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with the Panko-Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and both sides of the cutlets with cooking spray.
- Place 2-3 cutlets in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd). Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
