Okra crispy
Toss okra with oil, then with cornmeal, salt and cumin.
Ingredients
- 300 g okra, trimmed and cut into rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cornmeal or semolina
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp cumin
Steps
- Toss okra with oil, then with cornmeal, salt and cumin.
- Spread in air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp.
- Serve with lemon wedge.
