- 100 g Rolled oats
- 50 g Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts), chopped
- 50 g Dried cranberries or raisins
- 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Nut butter (peanut, almond)
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped mixed nuts, dried cranberries/raisins, honey/maple syrup, nut butter, and cinnamon. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined and sticky.
- Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 2.5 cm diameter). You should get about 12-15 bites.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line with parchment paper. Place the bites in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Air fry at 160°C for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly golden and slightly firm. They will be soft when warm but will firm up as they cool.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool completely on a wire rack before serving. Store in an airtight container.
