Miso glazed salmon
Mix miso, mirin and vinegar. Brush over salmon.
Ingredients
- 2 piece salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp mirin or honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Steps
- Mix miso, mirin and vinegar. Brush over salmon.
- Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 min. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with rice and greens.
