Mapo tofu
Mix paste, soy, ginger and garlic. Toss with tofu.
Ingredients
- 400 g tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp doubanjiang or chilli bean paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp spring onion
Steps
- Mix paste, soy, ginger and garlic. Toss with tofu.
- Air fry at 200°C for 12–14 min. Top with spring onion.
- Serve with rice.
