Maple Glazed Chicken Drumsticks
Pat chicken drumsticks dry. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

- 8 piece chicken drumsticks (about 1 kg total)
- 60 ml maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Pat chicken drumsticks dry. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Place drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping and brushing with remaining glaze every 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 80°C) and beautifully glazed.
