Steps
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper (if using) to create the glaze.
- Place the pre-cooked breakfast sausage links in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
- Remove the basket, brush the sausages generously with the maple glaze, and toss gently.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the sausages are heated through and the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
