Loaded potato wedges
Toss wedges with oil and salt. Air fry at 200°C for 22–26 min.
Ingredients
- 4 piece potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 50 g cheddar
- 2 strip bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Steps
- Toss wedges with oil and salt. Air fry at 200°C for 22–26 min.
- Top with cheese and bacon; air fry 2 min. Dollop sour cream.
- Serve hot.
