Lentil patties
Mash lentils; mix with egg, breadcrumbs, cumin and salt. Form patties.
Ingredients
- 250 g cooked lentils
- 1 piece egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Mash lentils; mix with egg, breadcrumbs, cumin and salt. Form patties.
- Brush with oil. Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 min, flipping once.
- Serve in buns or with salad.
