Lentil & Mushroom Air Fryer Patties
Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil until softened. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until moisture evaporates.
Ingredients
- 250 g cooked brown lentils
- 150 g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 0.5 piece onion, finely diced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil until softened. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until moisture evaporates.
- In a large bowl, mash the cooked lentils. Add the mushroom mixture, breadcrumbs, and fresh parsley. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 8-10 patties (about 1.5 cm thick).
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and firm.
