- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- Ensure scallops are thoroughly patted dry to achieve a good sear.
- In a bowl, toss the scallops with olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Place scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
