Lemon herb chicken
Mix oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic and salt. Coat chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 piece chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic and salt. Coat chicken.
- Air fry at 200°C for 22–25 min until golden and cooked.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
