Lasagna rollups
Cook lasagna sheets according to package; drain and lay flat. Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 10 piece lasagna sheets (no-boil)
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 100 g mozzarella, grated
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Cook lasagna sheets according to package; drain and lay flat. Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Spread 1–2 tbsp ricotta mix on each sheet, roll up. Spread a thin layer of marinara in air fryer–safe dish, place rollups seam-side down. Top with remaining marinara and mozzarella.
- Air fry at 180°C for 15–20 minutes (or bake) until bubbly and golden. Rest 2 min and serve.
