  1. Cook lasagna sheets according to package; drain and lay flat. Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread 1–2 tbsp ricotta mix on each sheet, roll up. Spread a thin layer of marinara in air fryer–safe dish, place rollups seam-side down. Top with remaining marinara and mozzarella.
  3. Air fry at 180°C for 15–20 minutes (or bake) until bubbly and golden. Rest 2 min and serve.
