Lamb meatballs
Mix lamb, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, cumin and salt. Form into balls.
Ingredients
- 400 g lamb mince
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix lamb, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, cumin and salt. Form into balls.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 12–14 min, shaking halfway.
- Serve with tzatziki or rice.
