Lamb kebabs
Toss lamb with oil, cumin, coriander and salt. Thread onto skewers.
Ingredients
- 400 g lamb, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp coriander
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Toss lamb with oil, cumin, coriander and salt. Thread onto skewers.
- Air fry at 200°C for 12–14 min, turning once.
- Serve with tzatziki.
