Kung pao tofu
Toss tofu with soy, vinegar, sesame oil and chilli.
Ingredients
- 400 g tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp chilli
- 1 tbsp peanuts
Steps
- Toss tofu with soy, vinegar, sesame oil and chilli.
- Air fry at 200°C for 14–16 min. Toss with peanuts.
- Serve with rice.
