Jalapeno poppers
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, coriander and garlic powder. Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture.
Ingredients
- 12 piece jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
- 150 g cream cheese, softened
- 50 g cheddar, grated
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 6 slice bacon, cut in half
Steps
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, coriander and garlic powder. Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture.
- Wrap each half with a bacon piece and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Arrange in air fryer basket. Cook at 190°C for 12–14 minutes until bacon is crisp. Serve warm.
